I ended up wisely letting my credit card company about the shady dealing. Its been almost a month for me to wait for this item. My very first order and parcel was lost during delivery to my home! Highly recommend. I purchased a claddaugh ring for my son for a communion gift, when it came in a size too small I sent it back for a larger size to one of the addresses recommended, I chose the Ireland address for I thought my ring would be returned sooner (it wanted me to send to NY then they would send to Ireland on my behalf then I would get my exchange). My concern is that items are returned to a place in the US where no one receives or acknowledges that the item was returned. Excellent communication. STAY WELL CLEAR OF GLENCARA !!!!! Liars! Company cannot be contacted by thier customer service number or email address. I ordered a Ring on January 12, 2020 and still have not received this. My mother was looking for a specific pair of earrings. I ordered the ring last Thursday, December 12th and received an email to say it was shipped at 6.30am on Friday morning, the email advised that I would receive the ring either Saturday or Monday to which I havent received, I called their number and emailed numerous times and have heard nothing back. Glencara also told me not to list the value of the ring on the customs form- that was to save on customs fees. Just receive a voice mail when using their phone number as listed. I paid by Mastercard and at this time I am waiting to see what they can do for me. But here I am now on the 23rd no rings, my order status says that the order is completed and I am concerned not only that my rings will not come in time for christmas but that I have been scammed. I also received an email saying my order had been shipped and then received an email stating the ring I ordered was out of stock and will be shipped at a later date. Do Not conduct business with GLENCARA Irish Jewelery as they are thieves and their operation is a total SCAM. I ordered a locket for my grandaughters birthday.We were so pleased with this beautiful jewelry.I will certainly ordered more things from this company.We were also delighted to get a free four leaf clover. I bought the item on the 12 of last month from this Glencara company site and when I contacted the sellers, they said that theyll ship it for a week while not clearly say that itll ship within 24 hours. Items ordered took a little longer than expected to arrive, more to do with Australia Post I suspect than Glencara. I called Ireland about 6 times no one ever answered or returned my calls. Taught it looked genuine as it says its a company from Galway!!! So I waited again. I placed an order on 3/8/19. I was charged for my order, as well as an additional few hundred (totally different from my order total) which I had to follow-up to get refunded. Ive took legal action. AVOID this company. Since they forced my hand, I opened a dispute with Pay Pal. They charged my credit card. When I told Glencara that the ring advertised on their website, and described by a sales rep, as high quality diamonds, was not what I had received, Glencara said that the larger stone was CZ, but that the other stones should be diamonds. The black rodium was actually grey and the finish product was so poor that to gift this to someone would be an embarrassment. She should be in jail for how she scams the sincere customers. If I do not get this before Saturday the 21st I will send it back for a refund and not order from this company again. Then 2 months later I get this appeal for me to have the credit card company to pay them fully. We thought our first fiasco with the Montclair, CA store was a joke, in and out of there at least 7 times and the problem of a oil leak still wasn't fixed, the long of that is, we asked for a, I moved from California to Arizona in Janurary 2015. 2 days later, it was apparently still under production. My receipt listed the word diamond four times. I followed this up immediately with another Urgent email expecting another automated response but strangely have now heard nothing for several days. If you look at their Facebook page, you can tell they post only positive comments most likely written by themselves. Ordered goods from the websyite and after long delay i recieved some of them, i decided to return some items under the return policy and they refused to return my money, cannot be contacted by phone and only after the intervention of credit card company did they return my funds, these people are frauds and chancers. The items arrived long after Christmas. Every now and them someone will manage to get a true review in, which is mostly negative. They do not answer the phone and only send automated emails. Buyer beware of this poorly managed company. 
I hope to purchase more items in the future. I called Glencara, and was told that all of the stones should be of the same quality. I was told that these would arrive around the 21st or 23rd. I saw a beautiful ring- advertised as diamond and gold- on the Glencara website. We eventually had to go through the fraud team at Visa for a refund and ordered a gold claddagh from elsewhere which took 5 days in total to make and ship to us from Ireland. I have asked for a full refund over 5 times and no reply! Manipulate! I have no idea where to proceed from here, as I have exhausted all avenues only to be met with a total absence of customer service. Direct from Manufacturer. Ordered a men's black rodium and silver claddagh ring. If youve been subjected to the same not receiving merchandise from glencara and ludicrous emails from a katie email myself and let me help you seek justice that or take legal action! I love the jewellery, what I ordered was perfect, got here on time as I needed for a birthday gift, cannot fault the jewellery or the service, delivery took 8-10 days which was bit longer than expected but loved the rings perfect so pretty would order from again. Based on that conversation, I ordered the ring. I called their 800 number in the States, No one ever answers. I will probably have to pay for the long distance calls too. I was then given three additional guaranteed dates for delivery and finally due to poor customer service, mismanagement and inefficiency l got the ring 28 days later and even then l had to go and collect it myself as l did not trust them to deliver it. The size was wrong, so I sent the ring back and they sent another one, the same size as the first. Great companymy order was slightly delayed , but I was kept informed and the rings were beautiful!
